Hotel is a very nice place to stay. Rooms accommodate your needs. The service at this hotel is great. The beach is a very short walk from the motel itself. I would recommend this motel to many people.
This happen in front of my three sons. I then wanted to leave the motel because I felt uncomfortable and he stated that he would not give me my deposit back. Worst experience EVER!
I have been a returning customer for over 40 years. Since the new owners have taken over things have changed. Aside from the uncleanliness of the rooms and the terrible low budget breakfast served, the owner Vince is so disrespectful to customers if they make a complaint about something. Instead of peacefully trying to confront a small problem he easily gets irritated and disrespectfully yelled loudly at my female friend in front of her children causing her toddler to cry. Needless to say, we will be going to another place from now on... The customer service leaves a lot to be desired! The one star is only for location.
Really inexpensive, but there were holes in the room, and it wasn't the cleanest motel. It's good for a small trip, but if you plan on staying a little bit, this place is not the best for that.
Had the worst experience at this Motel that I have ever had in the hospitality industry! The owner Vincent belittled me in the lobby in front of other customer's. Telling me to look him in the eyes when I was speaking to him.
I have nothing but great things to say about the Jolly Roger. Beautiful, clean, updated rooms with balconies. Wonderful salt water heater pool and plenty of family activities on site and in the directly adjacent parks. It's situated in the heart of Wildwood Crest with a pool view that opens right up to the beach. The staff and management are wonderful, their care for the guests and property is noticeable from the moment you check in to the moment you leave. I will definitely be coming back to the Jolly Roger for years to come. My fiance and daughter both enjoyed it just as much as I did. If you want priceless family memories in Wildwood or any beach in NJ do not hesitate to choose this perfect sanctuary.
