The best motel in Wildwood Crest! We've been coming here for about 15 years. Patrick and his staff are amazing. Very welcoming and friendly. Also, it's the cleanest motel you will find anywhere.
Terrible place to stay. The water pressure is horrific you can't even get face wash off your face. It is close to the beach however very far from the boardwalk and fro the price not worth it. The beds felt like a hard piece of oak wood, they were the worst part. There was a few older people sitting outside making little to no noise and the manager was bothering them to move because people were complaining yet they allowed a woman to come outside and scream at the older people ... about 15 minutes later our phone rang and we were told we had to go inside and not hang out on the balcony because we needed to "wrap the party up" yet there were 2 of us sitting on the balcony not even talking. Horrible horrible the room service was a joke, didn't make our beds but the hotel gives you 1 parking pass and acts like vultures if you pull into a spot just to unload. Very very disappointing. There are no elevators and no inside area other than your room i.e. no lobby just a little cut out where the manager sits.
Love the Biscayne! Rooms are clean, staff is attentive and courteous. The only place we stay when going to woldwood.
Super friendly and clean hotel. Coffee for breakfast. Nice location walking distance to beach.
My husband and I have been going to the Biscayne since 2006. We absolutely love it here. It's like our home away from home. The same people go and we've made such greats friends here. Now we all make sure we know when the others are going so we can all spend vacation together. It's the kind of family reunion that you actually want to go to. The place is always so clean. The work staff is amazing and always willing to help you anyway they can. The owners are such great people and they treat their guests like family. Can't imagine spending my vacation anywhere but here.
