The 10am checkout is just ridiculous. Even during the off-season when your hotel isn’t fully booked?
It was a good trip, even in the off season. Expect alot of things to be closed. The view from the hotel was really nice. Wish we can wake up to that every morning.
My wife and I stayed at the ICONA at wild wood, for our wedding through the weekend of Nov.3rd. Our stay was amazing!!! The beautiful beach was very convenient. Not only did the the employees go out of their way to help accommodate us at the hotel, they also helped my handicapped Grandmother and mother out to the beach, a moment they will cherish for ever. Bob was very handy with all of our needs. The outdoor patio and fire was amazing, as well as the bartenders who went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of. We had great dinners in the evening and We had a delightful breakfast in the morning with a clean professional atmosphere, with the waiters on top of our every need. I can't say enough good things from the cleaning ladies to the check in/out desk staff, every employee was terrific and our room was very clean. We look forward to staying here on our next trip to the Jersey shore.
During the off-season the parking was getting full, I️ can’t imagine what parking is like during season. I️ would imagine you would have to try and find a spot once u get there and just leave it parked the whole time and try and Uber everywhere.
Great value for a nice off season weekend. The suite was very spacious and clean. All the staff were helpful and kind. Nice breakfast buffet for $12
Came here for a Coast Graduation ceremony at nearby Cape May in late fall - the off season for this area. Room rate was incredibly cheap (less that Motel 6) and the suite is exceptional. Lots of space with separate living and sleeping rooms. There is a small kitchen with mini-appliances including two-burner cooktop! Everything feels top-notch and the Atlantic Ocean is a stone throw away from the property.
The bathroom is pretty cramped. They could have taken 2-5 feet from the bedroom or living room and made the bathroom bigger.
I️ believe every room is a suite. You have a small kitchen and living room which is nice. The bedroom is a nice size as well.
Great place to stay. Rooms are immaculate. Food and bar in hotel. Beach right outside. Staff very friendly and welcoming. What more can you ask for.
