This has been an awesome experience. My family and I have been on other dolphins watches but this one is by far is our favorite. The Captain took the time to make sure my children saw the dolphins. Stopped the boat and explain to us why they're there and a little bit about the town. Very friendly staff. Music was great. My children are 4 and 6 years old. No matter where you sat on the boat, it was a great view.
This is a FIRST CLASS operation. We have been on the Thundercat each year for the past five years or so, and never have we been disappointed.
It was definitely am awesome experience. We had previously done a dolphin watching trip a few years ago on one of the bigger boats but this one was way better. We got to see the dolphins up and close. Captain John was awesome. The crew were able to get the dolphins ride behind the boat. It was wonderful to see them jump up and down with the waves.
In terms of customer service, everyone is caring and friendly.
These guys are true professionals. This was our second trip with them. Took our 4 sons with us this time and they had a blast! They really know how to get the Dolphins to come out and play. Thanks again for the great memories. We will be back again!
The captains are terrific and entertaining, and the dolphins seem to flock to the boat and frolic in the waves generated--nothing like seeing this up close. A truly memorable experience.
A most exciting photographic experience. Dolphins jumping out of the water while twisting and turning. So many at one time I had to discipline myself to focus on one specific area at the risk of of missing the entire show. But I was willing to make that 'sacrifice' in order to get the images that I did eventually get. Thanks for the incredibly amazing experience.
