Terry in the office is fantastic. She is so pleasant and customer service oriented.
Dr. Jolene leaves much to be desired. ..no listening skills nor bedside manner. She treats her patients as if their beneath her and has the mentality of treating everyone as a junkie. I pray that she learns how to listen to her patients rather than paint everyone with a broad brush. I'm a surviving cancer individual who has a shunt and a very large segment of my skull removed and I was told since it's not on paper that I've never had cancer at all . I have disabilities as a result of the malignant brain tumor and it's pretty clear to the eye of any half witted person that indeed is my case. However the know it all "doctor " has not done their part in obtaining my medical records even after I've signed the updated release forms for the care I'm under for the entire time I've been a patient. I receive resistant from the very doctor who is supposed to be on my side for a simple doctors note ,referral, or refill. Only choose this poorly ran office for care if your suicidal.
