Our favorite bakery at the shore! The second you walk in the door, the aroma is overwhelming, you just want to try one of everything! It's all very good, but you have to get their famous apple fritters too! :^)
Wildwood is SO LUCKY to have an authentic. Bakery. The lines start early there, but worth the wait! Warm Buttery, flakey, chocolatey croissants are the BEST. I love the fact that they have college students there assisting customers. Tips go to them. The owner.. thank you for getting up in the wee hours of the morning to make your creation's. Good coffee. Wide selection of coffee flavors. One person waits on a customer and repeats the filled order back to the cashier. Impressive task. Have cold drinks like milk for $2. The sweets are to die for. Yum! Fresh fresh fresh! Warm. Delicious.
My boyfriend and I were in Wildwood for vacation and found Britton's on TA. We got two apple fritters and a chocolate croissant. Service was fast and friendly, and the food was baked goodness. The coffee was also delicious. All in all, we would definitely go back and probably will the next time we're in Wildwood.
No problem with food... just open weekends in off season after labor day, ( sat, sun )selection was few and far between.. could use more items!!!!
